Physiotherapy Exercise (KG)

Physiotherapy Exercise is a targeted, exercise-based form of physiotherapy that uses individually tailored movements and exercises. Typical components include mobility and stretching exercises, strengthening, balance and coordination training, posture and movement re-education, as well as a home exercise program to support long-term results.

Based on current scientific evidence, exercises are selected and progressed to reduce pain, increase joint mobility, build muscle and core stability, and restore everyday and sporting function.
