Jule leads our recruiting. In a relaxed 30-minute video call, you'll talk about what drives you, what you're looking for, and how you like to work. It's a two-way conversation: a chance for you to feel out Somana as much as for us to get to know you.

Get to know your team mates

If you're shortlisted, we'd love to have you visit the studio to meet the team, especially the reception crew you'd be joining. This way you can get a sense of what a typical day looks like and ask any questions that come up.

Final check with Jesaja

A short final conversation with our founder and CEO. This is where the bigger picture comes together: your goals, our vision, and how they fit. Occasionally we'll also have a short chat with a former colleague or two. If this step applies to you, we'll always let you know first.

If everything clicks along the way, Jule comes back to you for a final talk — and, when it's a yes on both sides, makes you a concrete offer.

If it's a culture fit, your future studio lead will talk through a real patient case together with you. It's less an exam than a shared look at how you think — a way to see if you're on the same clinical wavelength. Here you'll come by in person, and have the chance to meet the space and the team.
